Ben-Tsiyon
Klibansky is a lecturer at Efrata College in Jerusalem. A native of
Lithuania, a senior electronics engineer, and formerly an
innovative technology–intensive projects manager, he is an editor
and researcher in the history of the Lithuanian Jewry.
